Jean-François Bandet, a passionate foodie, decided to change his life as he approached his forties. After training at the Ferrandi school, he co-founded BO&MIE with Magali Szekula: a bakery concept offering 100% homemade products crafted from artisanal ingredients at reasonable prices, with a creative twist that sets it apart. In October 2024, BO&MIE will open its first location in Saudi Arabia, in Jeddah, featuring a 800-square-meter production facility.
