After honing his skills at prestigious Parisian establishments, he gained prominence by winning the World Tiramisu Championship in 2021. Leveraging his experiences and eager to share his expertise, he now leads the École des Arts Sucrés Zucchero in Lyon and has created Signature Paris, a unique bakery-pastry concept. Passionate about the Middle East and its culture, he enjoys blending flavors and culinary techniques to craft innovative desserts that merge tradition and modernity while celebrating cultural diversity.
