The last French winner of the Bocuse d'Or in 2021, Davy Tissot trained under some of the greatest names in French cuisine, including Paul Bocuse, Régis Marcon, Jacques Maximin, and Roger Jaloux. A native of Lyon, Tissot was the head chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant La Villa Florentine* for 12 years before becoming the current executive chef at Saisons*, a Michelin-starred restaurant since 2020. As a mentor for numerous events since his victory, Davy Tissot travels around the world to share his expertise and culinary skills.
