Born in Teramo, Italy, in the Abruzzo region, the so-called “green heart of Europe”, a land with wide landscapes from sea to high mountains and an enormous enograstromic tradition and heritage. Graduated from the University of Siena (Toscana, Italy) with a degree in Stock Exchange and Finance. I have gained 25 years of experience in the food business, working with multinational and international enterprises, as well as in Italian family-run companies. I��ve worked in various sectors, such as baked products, fresh dairy products, frozen food manufacturing, ingredients and semi-finished products, wine, extra virgin olive oil, chocolate, icecream and more… For the past fifteen years, I’ve worked with medium-sized Italian family businesses as a consultant, manager and partner. My work aims to support, advise, and develop their export business, helping companies to gain recognition and appreciation for their products and their brands abroad. Over the last six years, my team and I have specifically focused on cooperating with Italian family enterprises that represent excellence in their field, having unique products, but lacking the knowledge and strength to take their gourmet quality products on premium foodservice channels around the world.
