Description
A rising star in Saudi Arabian cuisine, Rakan Al-Oraifi began his culinary journey in California, where he earned his degree, before returning to Saudi Arabia to work as a senior sous-chef at the Four Seasons Hotel. A participant in the second season of Top Chef Middle East, he has received numerous accolades, including being named Best Saudi Chef in 2018 and 2019 by the Saudi Tourism Excellence Awards. In 2022, he founded KitCatering, an event catering service, while also investing in high-end Saudi restaurants Suhail and Maiz.
