Description
Daniele is an international Chef born in Italy, where he started his career, before to travel around the world. His career as a chef began on 2002 at the Grand Hotel St. Regis and continued at the Hotel De Russie, of the “Rocco Forte” hotel chain. In the winter of 2011, he began a new project with the Renaissance Marriott hotel in Doha, Qatar, where he managed the traditional Italian restaurant "Cucina" for a year. Strengthened by his Italian and international culinary background, he had his first experience as Executive Chef in 2012 in Kazakhstan, where he opened the first 5-star resort (Rixos Hotels) in the country for the Kazakh President. Daniele today is also the ambassador of the "Scuola di cucina Alma" and the historic "Barilla" company in Saudi Arabia.
