Description

Daniele is an international Chef born in Italy, where he started his career, before to travel around the world. His career as a chef began on 2002 at the Grand Hotel St. Regis and continued at the Hotel De Russie, of the “Rocco Forte” hotel chain. In 2006, the young chef, driven by a great determination and desire to know the world, travelled to Holland, where he worked for 3 years in the "Roberto's" restaurant of the Hilton Amsterdam. In 2009, he opened his first Italian restaurant with the Hilton chain in the Emirates "Il Piacere Del Gusto". In the winter of 2011, he began a new project with the Renaissance Marriott hotel in Doha, Qatar, where he managed the traditional Italian restaurant "Cucina" for a year. Strengthened by his Italian and international culinary background, he had his first experience as Executive Chef in 2012 in Kazakhstan, where he opened the first 5-star resort (Rixos Hotels) in the country for the Kazakh President. In 2015, he moved to Belarus, where he had the opportunity to open a new hotel, the Renaissance Marriott in Minsk. At the end of 2017, he flew to Saudi Arabia, where he is still chef at Royal Protocol Hospitality and Catering, leading a team of international chefs for the official Saudi government events. Daniele today is also the ambassador of the "Scuola di cucina Alma" and the historic "Barilla" company in Saudi Arabia.
