Chef Heyam is a seasoned culinary professional with formal training in the art of gastronomy from the South of France.
In her current role as the Executive Chef at the Bel Group, she serves as a culinary ambassador, representing the brand at Middle East events and exhibitions. Chef Heyam specializes in crafting delectable recipes that showcase Bel Group products, emphasizing their remarkable quality and versatility. Beyond the kitchen, she actively works to establish Bel Group products as out-of-home staples in the Middle East, blending tradition and innovation to inspire and elevate communities and palates alike.
Before her role with the Bel Group, Chef Heyam had the pleasure of serving as the head chef at "Madame Levant," her renowned restaurant in Canada. Madame Levant was an award-winning restaurant and consistently ranked among the top places to dine on multiple prominent platforms. Chef Heyam earned acclaim for her culinary expertise and garnered accolades from prominent food editors in the region. Prior to that Heyam lived in LA where she ran farm to table cooking classes at different locations.
Outside her culinary passion, Chef Heyam enjoys spending time with her daughters & family, and exploring her new home Riyadh!
