Panettone & Pandoro by Fraccaro Spumadoro

Description

Pasticceria Fraccaro was founded in 1932 when Elena and Giovanni Fraccaro started a bakery in Castelfranco. Over the years, their business grew to include a second location specializing in focaccia, panettone, and plum cake. The company's success has been attributed to their skilled and careful preparation of doughs and recipes. Even as the company expanded its product line, Pasticceria Fraccaro has maintained an artisanal, handmade approach to production. While some automation has been introduced, the focus on craftsmanship and quality remains. The small, family-owned business still has the same atmosphere and aromas as it did 90 years ago. The products reflect the company's values of simplicity, authenticity, and the sharing of familial bonds - capturing the nostalgia and flavors of childhood. Pasticceria Fraccaro has embraced environmental responsibility, transitioning to greener operations through renewable energy. A 117 kW solar photovoltaic system enables them to reduce their CO2 emissions by 52 tons annually. They also use a thermal system to heat their production facilities and proofing chambers. The company views this as "an act of love for nature: choosing to be a low-environmental impact business." Packaging sustainability is another priority. One of their sustainability projects is ensuring the recyclability of the packaging for all their products, further demonstrating their commitment to the environment. Christmas is a unique moment of sharing, where we decorate the trees, set the table, and exchange gifts. Nothing is better than celebrating these moments with delicious sweets that make everyone happy. The challenge is choosing between the infinite possibilities of the Christmas tradition: the classic panettone or the stuffed pandoro? Even though panettone is a Christmas must-have, sweets like pandolci or focaccia are equally appreciated by gourmets. All these typical, artisanal, and Christmas-themed sweets are made with a sourdough starter passed down through generations and with the passion of the pastry chefs.
