The Fibermaé is manufactured in France using an open-weave fiberglass mesh and a non-stick silicone coating that withstands temperatures from -35°C to +380°C. Thanks to its open mesh, which promotes the circulation of hot air, the Fibermaé provides even baking, resulting in crispy and golden products. It is suitable for all raw and frozen doughs. This product can also be custom-made. The Fibermaé has been updated with a NEW REINFORCED MESH, ensuring better quality and durability.
